Heating Instructions
Keep frozen at -18°C.
Defrost in the fridge the night before / in the morning.
Once defrosted, use on the same day. Do not refreeze.
All meals can be stored in the freezer up to 6 months.
- Remove cardboard lid before heating in the microwave.
Heat for 3 – 4 minutes in the microwave.
Meals can be defrosted from frozen in the microwave for 16 – 18 minutes.
Phyllo pies, puff pastry pies & mince with topping to be heated in the oven at 160°C for 15 – 20 minutes.
