Slow cooked Beef Goulash with a delicious array of Cape Malay curry spices, curry leaves, fresh coriander, green peppers and tomatoes, with cubes of potatoes at just the correct temperature. Our recipe is not too spicy.

Heating Instructions

  • Keep frozen at -18°C.

  • Defrost in the fridge the night before / in the morning.

  • Once defrosted, use on the same day. Do not refreeze.

  • All meals can be stored in the freezer up to 6 months.

  • Remove cardboard lid before heating in the microwave.
  • Heat for 3 – 4 minutes in the microwave.

  • Meals can be defrosted from frozen in the microwave for 16 – 18 minutes.

  • Phyllo pies, puff pastry pies & mince with topping to be heated in the oven at 160°C for 15 – 20 minutes.
