We hope that these quick steps make your online shopping experience with us even better.

  1. For our new customers, simply add the products to your shopping cart from the products menu on the Freezer Meal page.  If you notice that the “Add to Basket” feature is faded out and does not respond, simiply “choose an option/variation” of our meals just above the quantity. Once you have selected this, the “Add to Basket” button will highlight and be active.
  2. Once you have completed your shopping, simply click on “View Basket“.
  3. Reivew your items placed in your shopping basket.  If you are happy with everything, proceed to the bottom of the page and select “Proceed to Checkout
  4. As a new customer, this is the page where you add your details to register an account.  Add all the details in the block provided and the last question required is an “Account Password“.  Enter a password of your choice.
  5. If you scroll down on this page, you can review your order.  Select how you want to pay and accept our general terms and conditions and place your order.
  6. Ambrosia will receive your order and confirm that everything is in order via email.
  7. The next time you visit our online store, you can simply just login with the user name that will be emailled to you and the password you entered in number 4 above.
