Ambrosia
caters for groups of up to 200 people offering a wide variety
of food styles and menus to suit all palates. From hot and cold
snack platters, single course meals to silver service boardroom
lunches, dinner parties, weddings as well as picnic hampers
for tour buses. Although we have prepared menus we can cater
for specific requests to suit your needs.
Pan-fried line
fish fillets marinated in cumin & orange served on a spring
onion mound of couscous, garnished with deep-fried leeks, capers
& a light lemon Hollandaise sauce
Smoked salmon roses with salmon flavoured cream cheese
topped with onion sprouts on seed loaf rounds
Cajun chicken breast & red cabbage on mini potato rostis
Mini crepe wraps filled with Asian beef strips, cucumber
& spring onions
Eclairs filled with blue cheese & pears
Marinated mozzarella balls, Rosa tomatoes & basil skewers
