Thank you once again for helping to make the evening as wonderful as it was. Your staff was very unobtrusive and calm. It was great to see the waiters take the initiative to light the fire and the patio heater and check here and there that the candles are all lit! We had loads and loads of phone calls with words of thanks for the special evening and they all mention the lovely food as well.

We had an awesome day, made perfect of course by the wonderful food and beautiful decor you both provided. It really was THE MOST delicious meal any of us had ever tasted, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, confirmed by the fact that not a scrap was left on any plate! Please also give a very big thank you to Carol. The flowers were amazing. She was happy to use my initial requests and make them very special with her own clever touches and flair. She went out of her way to ensure that the flowers were perfect on the day..not an easy task with the lilies which have to be timed and nurtured to perfection.

"Ambrosia is responsive and professional in running their catering business. I chose them on the basis of the prompt response to my request for a quotation as well as their reasonable pricing.

All of my subsequent requests, changes as well as crisis where handled with the same efficiency and aplomb confirming my instincts about them as a service provider.

On the night, I was not surprised at the well organized and efficient serving of 200 x 4 course meal which with the waiters and kitchen staff working in unison, was slick and unobtrusive. Before we knew the meal had been served, everything cleared away and staff melted away so that we soon forgot they were even there. The subsequent new years day clean up was the kind of value add that I probably appreciated most of all. A virtuoso performance."

I just wanted to say thank-you sooooo much for being so easy to work with, so patient with my one million changes to the menu and in the end pulling off an amazing menu, which was commented on by everyone! One of our big foodie friends said it was the best wedding food he had ever had and it topped all the meals he had eaten out that week, while on holiday in CT! Loads of other people commented on how good the whole menu was, and my Portugese mother-in-law's very high food standards were met - and exceeded!

Not only did you create a wonderful menu and cook it all to perfection, but you also listened to our odd requests such as "don't hold back on the garlic/salt/chilli" and "dont spend too much energy on presentation, just focus on the taste", and for ladies who are not Portugese you captured the essence of the food we asked for brilliantly!

Congratulations on a wonderful event and again, thank-you so much. I would be happy to recommend you to anyone who asks!!!
