Beatrice McShane established Ambrosia Catering in
1997 after having worked as a Chef de Patie at the
Mount Nelson for two years, where she acquired vast
experience in the preparation and presentation of
local and exotic cuisine, complimenting her tertiary
training in the catering industry.
Ambrosia
takes it’s name from the mythical food of the
Greek gods which we feel well represents the heavenly
array of tastes that we wish to assail your palate
with.
Ambrosia caters for groups of up to 200 people offering
a wide variety of food styles and menus to suit all
palates. From hot and cold snack platters, single
course meals to silver service boardroom lunches,
dinner parties, weddings as well as picnic hampers
for tour buses. Although we have prepared menus we
can cater for specific requests to suit your needs.
Ambrosia can provide Kosher and Halaal foods using
caterers specialising in those dietary requirements.
